Einstein’s experience and advice is very similar to what US-Hungarian psychologist, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, has coined as ‘flow‘ – a person’s joyfully full immersion in and full absorption by the process of an activity.

How can we make learning and teaching more enjoyable, and achieve greater flow – for our students and for us? By constantly challenging and supporting each other and our students to cultivate skills and competence which, in our era of globality and planetarity, need to be global:
